Mathew Lyons

I’m a faith-driven wellness coach and fitness expert with over 12 years of experience helping clients achieve lasting physical and mental transformations.

After serving in the U.S. Navy, I felt called to dedicate my life to empowering others through fitness. My work is rooted in the belief that true strength comes from aligning the body, mind, and spirit—and that with the right guidance, anyone can become the person they were created to be.

Throughout my journey, I’ve held leadership roles in three major fitness chains, coached striking arts like boxing and Muay Thai, and helped countless individuals overcome obstacles, develop discipline, and unlock their full potential—not just physically, but spiritually as well.

With Gain and Sustain, I’ve taken my mission beyond the gym walls. This online platform combines personalized training, nutritional support, and mindset coaching within a faith-centered framework—so you can build lasting habits that honor both your goals and your values.
